Built upon 25+ years’ experience across sectors, I bring the agility and creativity of entrepreneurship to corporate environments, and conversely, the discipline of corporate structures to smaller & start-up companies. I am passionate about building structures and platforms for people development, business efficiency & growth and an expert in creating values-led cultures that drive sales and client engagement, critical to sustainable growth & future success.

  • Founding and growing a start-up into a market leading business, by capturing an untapped market opportunity in larger events and corporate customers. Resulting in the successful sale & transition on ownership (owned & operated for 16 years with year on year growth)
  • Assisting many small organisations &/or sole traders take their business to the next level in achieving better efficiency & business growth by the development of clear road maps, business plans & strategic planning, implementation & management to achieve desired results.
  • Consult and solve problems for businesses, stepping in as a contracted GM or National Sales Manager, to implement the management support structures, systems and processes necessary to strengthen operational management, sales management & leadership management resulting future growth & better business function
