Dana Elena Pascoe is an award-winning leadership and business coach with nearly a decade of coaching experience and over 20 years in international operational leadership. With a blend of analytical rigour, commercial insight, and senior-level experience, she helps leaders and their teams in fast-paced environments gain clarity, strengthen performance, and create greater impact.
Dana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, an OKR Practitioner, and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program, where she was later invited back to support program delivery. She is completing ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching), bringing a systemic approach to working with leaders, teams, and the relationships that shape performance.
Her coaching blends psychological safety with high challenge, helping leaders focus on high-leverage growth areas, and translate behavioural development into strategic outcomes. Through her ORSC training, she works beyond the individual to explore team dynamics, relationships, alignment, and the systems in which they operate.
As a certified OKR Practitioner, Dana also supports leaders and organisations in creating clarity around priorities, aligning teams around shared outcomes, and turning strategy into focused execution and measurable progress.
Before coaching, Dana held senior leadership roles across the Middle East and Africa, overseeing seven departments, managing multi-country teams, and delivering against operational KPIs.
She previously led complex engineering and mobility projects with international timelines, and later headed customer service and technical operations teams responsible for service excellence, workflow, and end-to-end performance. This broad experience gives her a grounded understanding of how leaders and their teams operate effectively in high-growth, high-complexity environments, as well as the realities of cross-functional collaboration and organisational change.
Dana is an accomplished speaker, co-author, and workshop facilitator, contributing to panels, radio conversations, and leadership forums across UAE region.
She founded Mumpreneurs UAE and is a founding member of the Romanian Dubai Business Council.
Known for her warm yet incisive style, Dana supports leaders and teams navigating transition, complexity, expanding responsibility, and growth.
After 25 years based in Dubai, Dana has now relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where she brings her international leadership, coaching, and team development experience to a new market.
